ORMA provides its customers with secure access to its encrypted medical Extranet in order to facilitate and accelerate the transmission of your confidential medical underwriting or claims files.

• Encrypted platform for sharing medical records.
• Access via web portal or direct connection to Windows desktop.
• Servers located in France.
• Procedure for destroying data transferred every week.

ORMA also provides its customers with a specific server, Health approved and located in France. The goal is simple: to be able to retain and protect sensitive data relating to selection files and claims handled. Depending on the case and the wishes of our customers, this data is then stored, returned or destroyed.
